Wrong Product Received: If Herbslyn ships incorrect items, we cover full return shipping + reshipment logistics costs

Refund Scope: Covers product cost only (shipping, packaging materials, or additional expenses excluded)

 Processing Timeline

Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval

Final Settlement: Within 30 days of complaint receipt

General Terms

Returns/replacements/store credit outside eligible cases reviewed at Herbslyn's sole discretion

Customer bears all shipping/logistics costs for non-eligible returns
